Need from print items: Fulfillment times for dictionary definitions, date stamps, book chapters, or other requests that are not available electronically typically take longer than other items. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

Fulfillment time: Fulfillment times fluctuate depending on supplying source.
Economy orders: generally 2-5 days.
Rush & ASAP orders are processed as a first priority and delivered first. We attempt to fill them as quickly as possible, however turnaround times are dependent on availability of the material. We will use whatever source will allow for fastest delivery. For rush and ASAP items, if you need it to come from our local collection, please specify in the special instructions.
Electronic resources: Faster delivery is generally available for articles coming from electronic resources, but usage requires the inclusion of copyright royalty payments. When ordering, please consider using the option: WTS should pay copyright if needed to obtain or WTS will pay copyright royalties and bill me for more prompt delivery.
Access to physical items: dictionaries, textbooks or print journal issues for date stamps Additional time may be needed, and additional costs may be incurred.
Book loans: If you need material on loan, please feel free to request and we will notify you if there are anticipated delays or if we are not able to provide. The special instructions can be used to designate a residential or alternative delivery address.
Max costs should be at least $60 for economy, $95 for rush and $150 for ASAP if asking for us to supply with any copyright or licensing fees.
