International and individual clients: WTS requires a Visa or MasterCard credit card before filling requests. Please call us (608-262-5917) with your credit card information after you sign up for an account.
All charges include your choice of delivery method: e-mail, fax, or mail for articles, and UPS Ground for book loans. FedEx and UPS Express charges will be billed to client's account (when provided) or will be added to invoiced cost of item.
Clients are billed monthly. Electronic version of invoice (Microsoft Excel) provided upon request. Institutional checks, Visa, MasterCard, and Electronic Funds Transfer accepted. Contact us for details.
