Having trouble?

  1. PDF files can take several minutes to open and print; please be patient.
  2. If you have trouble printing your document or it prints illegibly, please try the following:
    • Acrobat 7

      After you select Print from the File Menu, a print confirmation box will appear on your screen. Click the Advanced button; you will see several check boxes. Check the box labeled Print as Image.

    • Acrobat 6

      After you select Print from the File Menu, a print confirmation box will appear on your screen. Under the Properties button, you will see several check boxes. Check the box labeled Print as Image.

  3. If you have trouble viewing the PDF file on your screen, please make sure that you are using the most recent version of the free Adobe Acrobat Reader.
  4. If the link brings up a page with an error message, such as 404 File Not Found, please reply to the email or call to let us know. We will repost your document as soon as possible.
